1 Submission Requirements
Only unpublished papers in Chinese and English are accepted. Papers must be authentic and original, with no substantial overlap with published papers or papers submitted to other journals or conferences under review. Chinese and English papers shall be prepared in accordance with the submission formats (Appendices 1 and 2). Papers failing the format review will not be reviewed or accepted.
2. Deadline and Submission Method
The deadline for paper submission is August 30, 2026.
Online submission is adopted via: www.itsac.org.cn/submit. Please submit papers in accordance with the requirements in the appendices. An SMS notification will be sent immediately upon submission. Please contact the Association for confirmation if no reply is received within one day.
3. Paper Format Template（论文格式模版下载）
All accepted papers in English will be published in the Conference Proceedings (LNEE, ISSN：1876-1100, EI source) by Springer-Verlag Publisher, Germany, which will be submitted to EI Compendex index. Authors should use the templates obtained from the conference site to format their papers.
4. Online Submission System（在线投稿系统）
